The opportunity was to show that Xero isn’t just accounting software, but a smarter, more connected way to run their entire practice.
Idea
Show the power of working smarter, not harder, with Xero. Helping accountants and bookkeepers save time and focus on what really matters.
X-Hacks harnessed the power of peer-to-peer sharing. We noticed that whenever we hosted industry events, accountants loved to share the shortcuts, tips and tricks they’d discovered. We created 50+ hacks and hosted them on a hub. A charming DM package was sent to every practice to announce the new platform, invite participation and share the time-saving content.
Results
In the first month we clocked up 11,509 views, with an average view time of 6:38 mins.
X-Hacks now exists in Australia, New Zealand and America, with a version for small businesses making waves too.
