I’m an accomplished creative leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping award-winning campaigns and building high-performing teams across leading agencies and global brands.

For the last 4 years, I’ve been leading the in-house global creative team at Xero, transforming it from a regional unit into a globally respected creative hub delivering results through brand and campaign work.

I’m a strategic thinker and AI enthusiast, with a foundation in copywriting, recognised for balancing creativity with commercial insight and nurturing inclusive creative cultures.

Outside of work, I’m a dad to 2 girls, 2 cats and 1 dog, who keep me busy, grounded and young at heart. When I get a moment to myself, I’m usually crate-digging in record shops, making distinctly average music in my little studio, or cooking something far more ambitious than it needs to be. So basically: music, food and family…in no particular order.
